What condition are your Hard Drives?

The vast majority of our Hard Drives are used pulls – wiped, tested, and in excellent condition with 100% health.


What about cosmetic condition?

We have over 40,000 Hard Drives in stock.  They are all in excellent working condition and cosmetically range from Grade A to Grade C.  If you have cosmetic requirements please let us know so we can accommodate.


How do you test your Hard Drives?

We test all of our drives using HD Sentinel and SeaTools.  These programs check for both drive health and functionality.


What kind of warranty do you offer?

We offer a standard 90 day warranty on all of our Hard Drives.  If you need a longer warranty period please talk to us and we may be able to accommodate.


How do I place my order?

Can I sell my old equipment to Synergy?

We buy thousands of hard drives every day.  If you have working hard drives for sale, please contact us and we will likely be able to offer on them.  Please only contact us about selling if you have more than 20 drives available.


I need my hard drive tomorrow, can you ship overnight?

All orders placed on our website ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, depending upon weight.  If you have a special shipping request or need your order expedited, it is best to call us at 414-462-3578 so we can accommodate.
